In cooperation with the DSWD headed by Mrs Melinda Garcia, the "KABAKA" recycled boat project was successfully tested during demonstration in Isla Bonita de Salinas, Rosario, Cavite, Certificate of Recognition also was given by the Hon. Mayor Nonong Ricafrente Jr.
